Real Escape Milano is a photography project that chronicles urban transformation through some of the largest residential complexes developed in recent years. I started this work with a simple question: do these new spaces really offer a better life?
This project is a personal look at how the way we inhabit the city is changing, and at who remains inside—and outside—these new boundaries. Every photograph stems from an encounter with a space, a walk, a feeling. The project does not aim to provide answers, but rather to raise questions about our relationship with architecture, our desire for order, and the idea of well-being that these places strive to embody.
